The Pancake Parlour’s NEW Vegan menu boasts a lovely plant-based selection of Plantcrepes, smoothies and milkshakes which combines natural and nutritional goodness with the classic taste that has made the Melbourne family business and institution for over 50 years.


All Plantcrepes are Vegetarian, Vegan-friendly and dairy-free

Flippin’ up an initial menu selection of FIVE soy-based choices, The Pancake Parlour combines classic and creativity with plant-based crepe recipes deriving from popular iconic dishes such as the Fresh Strawberries, Jamaican Banana and Bavarian Apple. As always, improvisation and unique taste is at the forefront of their research and development, and they haven’t disappointed with a NEW recipe never seen before – the Chocnana Crunch – a combination of crunch peanut butter, their famous house-made chocolate and banana – mouth watering!

Smoothies and ‘shakes

The Pancake Parlour won’t flip up without shakin’ out a plant-based version of its famous Swiss Mountain Malt to slurp down. The soy-based treat is available in Espresso or Chocolate. The Swiss Malt is Vegetarian, vegan-friendly and dairy-free.


If you’re looking for something extra nutritious, which is gluten-free and vegan-friendly, The Pancake Parlour’s NEW Smoothie options power you up with a combination of natural greens, fruits and pea protein for an energy-boosting kickstart – available in Berry Power and Super Green Power flavours. For those that can make friends with salad (and hummus – everybody loves hummus) the Chickpea Tuna Salad is a nourishing plant-based superfood option and the FIRST salad at The Pancake Parlour that is vegan and gluten-free friendly.
