The Guest Services are situated in mall outside Best & Less. Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services including lost and found, Kiddy Cruiser hire, wheelchair and motorised scooter hire, gift card purchase and taxi bookings.
Gift Cards are available from the Guest Services and Centre Management, and can be purchased in any denomination starting from $20 using cash, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard. Gift Cards are $1.50 to purchase and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Individual store terms and conditions apply.

Free hire of manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters is available at the Guest Services and Centre Management. Booking in advance is advisable by phoning 03 9749 5111.
Parent & Child Facilities
Comfortable Parents Rooms are situated adjacent to both Food Courts and in the Target Mall next to Famous Footwear for customer convenience. Parents Rooms provide private feeding areas, changing stations, microwave ovens, separate toilet area and nappy disposal units.
Kids Safe – Because Kids Don’t Come with a GPS
Collect a free Wristband for your child at the Guest Services. Write your contact details on the wristband and in the event that your child becomes lost, you can be contacted and reunited quickly.

Kiddie Cruisers are available for hire at a small fee from the Guest Services Desk outside Best & Less.
Single – $5 per hour
Double – $7.50 per hour
Single with a Tablet – $7.50 per hour
A valid driver’s licence is required to hire a Kiddy Cruiser.
Over 5,000 car parking spaces including undercover parking, disabled and parents with prams parking located adjacent to each entry.
Routes 161, 166, 167, 170, 181 servicing Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit operate from the Pacific Werribee bus interchange located outside the Racecourse Entrance (NAB). Routes 166/167 operate every 20 minutes from Hoppers Crossing Station, while Route 170 operates every 20 minutes from Werribee and Tarneit stations. Most Route 498 trips from Laverton and Point Cook continue on to Pacific Werribee via Hoppers Crossing. Bus timetables are available from the Guest Services and Centre Management.
